"For the two of us,
home is not a place.
It's a person.
And we are finally home."
- Stephanie Perkins
With all the photos we took in Hawaii, I might have to do a separate post about this beautiful island. But since I have another CF card to cull through, I might have to share this short, but sweet session with Staci and Coy first. I do regret not being able to plan this shoot in more detail. This shoot was so off-the-cuff that we pretty much only had about 45 minutes in total to shoot. And the hike to the Makapu'u lighthouse, although beautiful, was a disappoinment since we came to find out that the lighthouse was fenced off from the public. Thanks Google images. But with anything, I'm just happy that I was able to shoot a lovely couple in Hawaii. And these two are just that. Sweet and lovely. They totally reflected the island vibe. And just like my sister, who recently moved to Hawaii a year ago, they too, are from Southern California. Simply put, after visiting the island a couple of times, they just fell in love and decided to move to Hawaii permanently. Which begs to ponder, if they can do it, so can we. Maybe? No, definitely.
Oh by the way, Happy 10th wedding anniversary to these two. The hashtag "relationshipgoals" should be dedicated to them.
